“Lodkina imbues this barely-there drama with a magnetic and moody poetry, making rich use of the film’s indelible open spaces. ‘The Ridge’ becomes a melting pot of broken dreams, latent violence, and irresistible beauty, which simmers lyrically.” - Annabel Brady-Brown, MUBI
